Flights I booked to Lisbon in November are more expensive now than when I booked them last month..

.. SCORE.. love it when that happens! ;)

What I don't get is why a flight out form Cork costs €29.99, as advertised, and then the return flight is €15 more. So, it's really just a sale on the outward journey flights, for my trip anyway.

Some really good deals on there actually, Madrid return in October (weekend) for €60, add a 4* hotel for €60 a night per room from their hotel section (an NH Hotel, 50% off) and things start to look tempting.....€300 for a 3-night w/end break for 2 in a top (and warm) Europrean city - are you watching Bord Failte!?

OP Im not having a dig at you but the words 'Aer Lingus' and 'sale' should be banned from the Bargain Alerts forum.

    There's also another sale on:

Going to Paris for lunch in October - there & back same day - on Ryanair - costing me a total of €10 including all taxes etc (no baggage) :D:D

Unless the bus costs €200, why wouldn't they?

Bad that they need a sale to approach ryanair's normal prices.

AFAIK, it's about €100 return per person on the shuttle bus from Beauvais.

    €15 each way. Link

And it feels like the longest bus journey ever!!! I'm a dirt-poor student and I would pay €50 extra to fly Aer Lingus to CDG without batting an eyelid. I'm well used to Stansted, Girona, Hahn etc. so bus transfers usually don't get to me. But, Beauvais - never again as far as I'm concerned. I don't care how cheap it is.

Going to Madrid in December. €70 return including credit card handling fee. Ryanair was about the same, but for comfort and service I'd much rather Aer Lingus. So it's not a bad deal this sale

€140 for two people for flights for a weekend away, sure that's close to the cost of two return tickets to Cork on the train.
