Uploading Images

    I'm having issues uploading photos on donedeal. It keeps telling me theres an error whether I used the html or java uploaders. Of course it doens't tell me what the error is or how to fix it.

    Anyone any ideas ? I'm running on Apple if thats important

    Maybe it's the safari browser, have you tried using firefox?

    I'm using firefox. Never use safari. Thou maybe i should give that a go

    Edit: No didn't work. Error is 'Unexpected error when trying to save file"

    Update java and browser to latest versions and try again.

    What file format are the images?

    Try resaving as jpeg or tiff if they aren't already and try again perhaps.

    Just thinking, we have a similar thing uploading images to Facebook - it fails in FF, but we can always get it to work in Safari. Everything is in its latest version.

    Could you download an alternate browser (Chrome or Opera or something) and see if it works with that?

    I had this years ago with facebook but it resolved magically at some point.
    I've tried FF and safari.

    Ok thanks guys I'll just email donedeal and ask
