Apologies if this has been asked before but i looked in the FAQ and couldn't find it.

When i watch something on the 'other channels' i can't get rid of the sky info bar which shows what's on and what's on next. I press back up and it goes away for about 5 seconds but always come back.

Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance.

Delete the channels from Other Channels and then put them back in, this solves the problem.

I think this happens when you add the channel during an hour when it isn't broadcasting.

    e.g BBC Three before 7pm.

No, because then it's Cbbc or Cbeebies (I forget which).

I remember this happening with BBC 3 & 4. I added them when they were off air and the info bar came on repeatedly, so I deleted them and added them when they were on air. Then CBBC and C Beebies started acting up so I had to delete them and wait until they were on air. Strange but true

Oddly enough this was happening last night on BBC3. I selected BBC3 on the default Sky EPG so it wasn't through Other Channles. Anyone know why that might happen?
