    Hi guys,

I started a small business there in September 09' and unfortunately to date I have made nothing out of it. My advertising expenses are almost as high as my take home pay.. It's been a disaster to say the least. I have been living on savings pretty much.

I know I have to do send off my 11E form on October 31 with whatever attached to it but am I realistically going to be paying any tax at all since I have made a loss pretty much? I know I'll have to pay class s prsi though. Since I only recently started up business do I have to provide a preliminary assessment aswell? Surely not as I have f all basis to provide an preliminary assessment on...

I'm not registered for vat. I'm not selling anything I'm just simply providing a service to help those with emotional problems.

    Thanks I'm just confused :)
