Paper Filter Coffee Machine

    Hi all,

I'm looking for a coffee machine that uses disposable paper filters, rather than re-useable filters. I figure it'll be more environmentally friendly to throw the whole paper and grounds mess into my compost bin, than all the water I waste cleaning my filter. Also, easier. ;)

I've just had a look at Argos, and they all seem to be permanent filters. My price range would be in the €25 to €50 area.

    Any advice?

    + 2

We have an 8-10 cup one in the office and use it every morning.
a Hario V60 would suffice for any single cup experiences.

Well, I was at a farmer's market today, and was all set to buy the Hario (I used to live in Japan, and they were pretty standard there) but the stall holder convinced me to buy an AeroPress.
    Any opinions?

The AeroPress is nice. I still prefer a V60/Chemex over it tho.

Checkout http://www.hasblog.co.uk/a-brewing-guide-episode-1-aeropress for a good recipe for the AeroPress

Depends what you like drinking - we've both here and use the Hario more.
