    O2, the arseholes.

I have a 15gb download limit, and there's a thingamajig to monitor usage, so I've been careful to not go over it. I've usually been well below, around 8 or 9gb, but the lack of work in August must have gotten to me. However, on the thingie, I was still just barely under 15gb. But then I got a bill for €80 extra on top of my usual €20 monthly. Apparently, the thing monitors calendar month usage, but my bill goes from the 25th to 24th, or something. So, although I have never gone over my limit in a calendar month, I went 4gb over in a certain 30 day period, without knowing about it at all, or being informed that I was over my limit and they charged me €80. I freaked out at them on the phone, and they reduced it by €30 or something, but still, I consider them absolute arseholes.

Can you not log into your O2 account on their website to monitor your usage

Why would you think you had to do that when your statistics are displayed on the log on screen? How are you supposed to know that the month's up/downloaded data that you see constantly isn't what you're supposed to look at?

If you can't be civil, then don't post here at all.
