    Hey guys,

I know ye are all going to say im mad cos I simply dont know enough about it but I was do you (without knowing a huge amount of detail) think its possible?

I've found a acre site in the area that im looking for, its cheaper than I thought. So I am thinking that I could have 200k to build a house on it. Now I am not looking for anything huge, prob 3/4 bed with a granny flat off it. Well insulated is probably my only requirement.

I know that's not a huge amount to go on (I dont have anymore details) but I'm just wondering is it doable?

    Thanks

    definetly feasible.
each situation is different but i would be surprised if you could not build at that budget
