Beginners classes in Wing Tsun will start on Tuesday 28th of September in the Blanchardstown school. The class will serve as an introduction to both self-defence and to the art of Wing Tsun and is aimed at those who would like to train with other beginners.

The class is from 8.30-10.30pm every Tuesday and will take place on Mat A in the Coolmine Sports & Leisure. The Tuesday intermediate/advanced class takes place at the same time but on Mat B and both classes are seperate. The class will be taught by qualified instructors of the Irish Wing Tsun Organisation (IEWTO).

Beginners are also welcome to train in the mixed class on Saturdays from 1.00-3.00pm. Classes cost €10 each or €65 per month. The first class is free.
