It's an old film.
Some journalist I believe visits the home of an elderly women. She was a huge star back in the silent movie era but she lives all alone these days.
The film opens with the man lying face down in the swimming pool and police standing over him.
The rest of the film is showing him interact with the aged movie star as she recounts her past
It wasn't some B movie, I've seen it in some Top 100 lists but I can't remember the name
Anyone know?
