Apple logo and waiting

I have my iPhone 4 stuck on the apple logo. It has stalled and I cant restore it with going onto 4.0.2 and loosing my Jailbreak. I have tried iReb and recboot. Any help?

Hold shift button and restore together you get option to restore from your computer

and by that he means you can restore it to 4.0.1 by downloading it.
