Replace broken taillight

This morning I was reversing out of a car parking space and I stupidly hit a pillar and broke the drivers side read tail light. I have a 1999 4 door Mazda 323 and thankfully it is only the light cover that is broken. All of the bulbs seem to be intact.

Does anyone know how easy or difficult it is too replace it? I found the part here:

If I buy that will I easily be able to take what is left of the old one off or and replace it or will I need a mechanic or mazda dealer to do it?
