what question refers to stipend on grant form?

I'm applying for a grant. Last year I got a stipend. It is finished now. There are a number of questions on the grant form referring to various sources of income and assistance. For which one would I put the stipend income?

I had been intending to put it in the employment section, but I see my P60 doesn't include it.
So now I think it shoule be in the "Payments from other state departments and agencies" section, which requires a statement detailing payments. Has anyone submitted one of these? Do you get it from the college or from the agency itself..?
