I have really sensitive skin, so I dont wear make up too often, and when i do, i usually go to salon and get the girls to do it.

I'm going back to college as a mature student, i'm only 23 like, but I am aware going to be in the older circle of students. I want to look well. Dont want to be ott dressed up, i'm casual comfortable kinda girl, jeans + top/tshirt/hoody kinda make up my day to day fashions, I do want to dress my eyes tho. Told they are my best feature, eyes to my soul and all that...well im single...so wouldnt mind someone peering into them ;)

Blonde hair, with fringe, green eyes, any suggestions to compliment them, i generally do get dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep and stress, i find black eyeliner and mascara only brings out the dark circles more, and i really dont want to to be spending my time before i leave for college on foundation and concealer and it just isnt good for my skin.

I've heard brown eye liner suits green eyes, just waiting for some brown eyeliner to arrive that i got online, whats a good mascara to use? alot of them seem to be dark brown/black or, black black! looking for more of a light to medium brown mascara. any suggestions or tips?

Even eyeliner is too much fiddle work for mornings at 8am for me! So eye shadow, mascara, and kinda the neutral nivea pearl shine lip balm.

I do make sure my hair is as good as it can be! That i do make time for! shower, blow dry, run straightener thru it if needs be and my clothes will be clean and ironed! so not that im trying to dress up a slob! just trying to smarten up a rough canvas!

ummm, I have green eyes and had blonde hair and found that the eyeliner from urban decay in the colour "bourbon" is great for lining green eyes, its so creamy too so it's a cinch to apply! Also the eyeshadow "Woodwinked" from MAC?

If you want to look super polished in a jiffy, I'd recommend running a powder foundation over your face very quickly with a brush, only takes literally 5 seconds and makes a world of difference! Try MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish Natural. Really fresh and clean.

Re mascara, can't beat Max Factor's Masterpiece mascara, I'm semi-sure you can get it in a brown colour... really opens up the eyes!

    HTH! xx

Bourjois liner effect mascara in brown, is actually brown and not nearly black/brown. Its also really good and not too much for day.

have to second the urban decay eyeliner, its so easy to apply and totally foolproof. Have you thought about getting your eyelashes dyed? That way you wouldnt need to worry about irritation? Anyway, I find the best brown mascara by a mile is Diorshow in brown (the waterproof one) I absolutely love it and it doesn't budge...

definitely think ill be heading into Debenhams and investing in some of the quality essentials ye've suggested, Been saving all summer for what i call my "back to college kit" clothes, make up, boots, trainers, Even some bling bling wellies :P cos i'll be working with animals in college.

Don't have another girl in the house so its hard to get 2nd opinions on these things.

I love the Maxfactor False Lash Effect mascara in Brown. I like it cause it looks really natural and doesn't clump!

I also have very light hair and mascara is far too dark and heavy looking for me during the day.

I dye my eyelashes and it looks much better than mascara. You can get dylash in the chemists for about €15, which lasts more than a year but beauticians do a much better job than I can.

Pink blusher on the cheeks REALLY makes my green eyes stand out. Maybe try a mineral blush or something from clinique since they specialise in sensitive skin.

i was also going to suggest an eyelash tint, it'll add some colour to your lashes without the cakeyness of mascarra. then all you'll need to do is pop on some eyeliner, and you can keep the mascara for nights out. the kits are good and last ages but like rantyface, i prefer someone else todoit, and its also nice to be pampered!
but its a bit costly cause an eyelash tint will generally only last six weeks because your eyelashes shed and grow. it wont be too dramatic, just defines your eyes a bit.

and if you find that mascara highlights bags then try only applying to your top lashes, if i use it on my bottom ones i look like a zombie! natural collection do a nice brown one thats really light textured, kinda like ink as opposed to cream-like! hope this helps! enjoy college! :)
