I posted a question in the Diet & Nutrition forum but didn't get much of a reply.

I'm wondering if any of you guys could recommend some good reading material in relation to eating clean with a particular focus on food requirements for fitness etc....?

    Any suggestions?

was that the 6pack thread? you were told good advice in there and your question is very very vague. you were given good diet advice.

Id say read the stickies here.

In relation to fitness/sports reading - the complete guide to sports nutririon is worth a read (currently in its 6th ed i think)

Fundamentals of sports nutririon by marie dunford is good for your average punter as its geared more so for those with no background in the area before and 1st year college students.

Some exercise physiology books usually have some good stuff on food and fitness.

If you do a search in the nutririon forum there are also a few threds on reccomended reading relating to diet. A few that spring to mind are gary taubes diet delusion, michael pollans in defense of food
