Joint Savings Question

I have a savings account with AIB (Online Notice) and I want to add my girlfriends name to this account as she is transferring cash from her bank into it aswell. Is this just as simple as walking into the bank and adding her name to it or do I have to bring her documentation etc? Thanks

Think she will need photo ID and proof of address and PPS number unless she is already an account holder at that bank and they have all that from her already.
