what to buy??????

    Hi all
    I am looking to buy some type of an exercise machine just looking for advise on whats the best type to buy, was thinking of a cross trainer like the york x301 from dolphin fitness uk website ,i would appriciate advise from anyome who is familar with this model and advice on overall best type of machine to buy for an overall workout.     You should make sure you have the basics first, and make sure you're using them to their maximum potential before you start looking at making big purchases like that.

    Top of my list would be a skipping rope, pull-up bar, some decent running shoes, suitable clothes for running in rain and shine, and maybe some dumbbells or a kettle bell.

    This was all I used for a bout a year before I joined a gym, and it did me great.
