Farmers Markets

Does anybody know when and where Farmers Markets are held in Donegal these days. Is there a website that lists all of them? Do these markets close down in the winter or are they there rain or shine?

As far as I know, there is one in Milford (might be Ramelton - I'll have to check) every Saturday. There is also one in Ballybofey on a regular basis, maybe every Friday, and outside the county (just), there is one in Strabane on the last Saturday of every month.
