wiplash.....help

    Hi guys
    Around 5 years ago i got wiplash on my neck and never got it looked at......well through out the years the stiffness and pain comes and goes with tierdness/stress im fedup at this stage and have final decided to get it sorted can anyone tell me would i be better going to a physio or chiropracter or any other type of treament that might help. I did go to the doctor and he recommended a physio i did ask about a chiropractor but the doc said they couldnt recommend this type of treament didnt know enough about them or something like that....Anyway any advice help would be appreciated
