Lost in daydreams

    Hi Boardsies :)

Not sure if this is a problem for PI but I would like peoples advice on this if possible.

For the last few months I have found myself to daydream an awful lot. I mean everything else that I do I seem to be on autopilot, be it work, running, or out with friends. One of my friends says it is like I am in a daze sometimes so I am beginning to worry because I feel like I have lost that drive and focus I had when I was in college. I know this problem sounds silly but how will I ever achieve any of the things I daydream about if I do not find my focus? I keep task lists which I get through pretty much on autopilot even if each task is different (in their levels of challenge if you know what I mean).

I have a healthy diet apart from one vice which is energy drinks so I don't think this is the problem. I guess what I am asking is if anyone has had this problem or knows how to regain ambition/focus?

    Thanks everyone :)
