Two skin related problems, please help

One: I suffer from dark undereye circles. They are hereditary. I have come on here often and recommended the Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer. For some reason it doesn't seem to be working for me of late. Maybe it's the weather? My skin has changed perhaps. I drink lots of water. I sleep plenty. I moisturise using a caffeine based cream. I just need some other suggestions, as even this morn, my boyf commented on the 'bags' under may eyes (gutting, I know). I use pale foundation as I am nearly blue, but that seems to make me look almost grey these days, and using anything darker just looks shocking cos my neck/arms etc are pale and washed out looking.

Two: Skin on legs seems to have got that red dottedness I see on people sometimes. Best way to desribe it is a cross between goose pimples and a shaving rash (actaully, my cousin used to describe it as what happens when you shave your legs when you have goosepimples, but I doubt it's true). I exfoliated with a loofah thingey and it only seems to make it worse, as did the soap and glory scrub. Help. It looks appalling IMO and I'm super conscious of it.

From a very 'conscious of everything this week' Lady Pennyworth...:(

    Is it like this?

I have bumps, but they're not red. For me it's definitely something to do with the hair follicle. The Flake Away does massively improve it tho, but I follow up with the moisturiser. Epiliating also seems to help, rather than shaving.

Can't help you with the first one I'm afraid :( My sister and I both have under eye circles despite drinking water non stop, sleeping 8 hours and using concealer. If I ever find a cure I'll be very happy! I picked up a Vitamin E eyecream in Boots yesterday but apparently it'll take 4 weeks to see results and even then I'm sceptical. It was only €3.80 or thereabouts so I said I'd give it a try- might be worth looking at.

For your second problem, I've had this on my upper thighs and arse (lovely...). I found a method that seems to help- exfoliate religiously, like every time you shower. I'd usually exfoliate once a week but now I target this specific area daily. I just use a cheapish exfoliator like St. Ives, or even olive oil + sugar, it's really just the abrasiveness that helps.

Afterwards I apply Eucerin body lotion to it. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now and it's been improving gradually. The skin actually looks semi-normal now (the dots have disappeared from my thighs) so I'm hoping it'll eventually go away. Might be worth a try!

Thanks ladies; I'm not sure it is a condition but rather just 'dots' as described in the last post. I had linked it to not exfoliating with proper stuff, but I might try that and the cream. I just get it on my lower legs, right on my shins. Yuk :(
