Getting fit/running in Carlow/Baltinglass

    Hi All!

    I have been trying to find running groups or boot camps/fit groups in the carlow/baltinglass areas. I am currently living in Baltinglass but next year will be moving to carlow so either area is great. I am only at beginners level but would love to get fitter!
    If anyone knows of anywhere or is setting up a group please let me know.

    This contains a list of clubs in ireland and three that would spring to mind in carlow would be St. Abbans, Tinryland and St Laurence O Tooles. Not sure about the other two but the last has a Fit4life group which specifically caters for beginners.

    Thanks a million, will look into it. Have heard of the fit for life alright but did not think they had a group down this way. so thanks :)

    I know that there was Boot Camp style classes ran by Eire Og football club over the summer. Could be worth checking with them to see if they are still going?

    Thanks for that info. was gas...opened the nationalist and there was a full half page advertising boot camp in eire og in carlow....cant not go now!! have signed up and start on monday!! arghhh!! thanks for all the tips everyone! :)
