    Hi,

I downloaded cubed but I'm not sure if I like it or not (I suppose it's ok)

    What are my other options?

Also, since this is my first "App" phone, what are the top apps you can't live without? I find that I am blindly wandering around the appbrain site downloading stuff like hypnotoad....

I like the Double Twist player, but not their sync software.

    Spotify ftw!

Tried Cube but didn't like it, switch to DoubleTwist to see what's it like.
If only the Galaxy S player scrobbled I'd use that, the locked screen access is handy.

Is Spotify streaming to Ireland? Or are you just using locally stored content?

You can only use the Spotify app if you have a premium account, which is a tenner a month I think.

3 (cubed) is the best android music player by a county mile.

    - 3/4 different themes, lots of display options
    - overall very nice interface, esp the cover flow album / artist browser
    - it finds auto finds album artwork for you
    - good playlist options
    - regular updates with new features
    - good range of widget options

I found the artist/album browser to be a pain, that's why I dropped it.

Mixing works great for me - even has a tag editor and equalizer.

I use tunewiki and its great for listening to shoutcast radio (todayfm as I'm abroad) but when im listening to music it always seems to freeze between playing the tracks and dosent play the next one until i unlock the screen...

apart from that its pretty decent
