Building new rig, opinions?

Hi,

First, I saw that Intel are slashing some CPU prices at the end of September (?) so I won't buy this yet, but so far it looks like this:

2x Hitachi Deskstar H3IK20003272SE 32MB 2TB (for storage, Intel Matrix RAID1)
2x Corsair XMS3 DDR3 PC12800/1600MHz CL7 2x2GB (for a total of 8GB low latency RAM)
1x Sapphire Radeon HD5850 Vapor-X HDMI DisplayPort Dual-DVI 1GB (cheapest 5850 I could find.)
1x Fractal Design Define R3 (black) <- if I can't get R3 I'll get R2.
1x MSI X58 Pro-E <- I'm not sure about this one yet.
1x Corsair CMPSU-750HX 750W <- very good efficiency, silent, modular, enough power.
1x Intel Core i7 930 2,8GHz Socket 1366 Box
1x OCZ Vertex 2 E Series SATA II 2.5" SSD 120GB (for OS)

(total about €1600 I think)

Can I improve anything here without spending more? As I mentioned I'm not sure about the system board yet. I suppose any system board will do as long as it's got passive cooling and at least 6 SATA ports.

Heyho, 4 days topic but no answer. Alert mode enabled!
Socket 1366 (X58) will utilize triple-channel RAM, so be advised to focus on 3x2GB memory kits.
When you are finally buying at some point, compare prices between 930/940/950, since those pricecuts are underway and there will be a situation in which these CPUs will cost about the same.
Oh, and get a CPU cooler Noctua NH-D14/NH-U12P SE2, Prolimatech Megahalems/Super Mega, Scythe Mugen II Rev. B, Xigmatek Thor's Hammer ... you name it.

I've changed my mind - I'm building something smaller, and cheaper (but not necessarily less performance!) So far I've this:
