Having a bit of a problem this weather with my bowels and im wondering does anybody else have it too because im thinking of seeing a doctor because the girlfriend is suffocating at night, and im getting really really worried. What did you do in this situation when your bowels started acting up?

HAve a think about any changes in your diet and if you eating anything different which may be the cause and do go to the dr.

Drink plenty of water. No food after 9pm.
Try doing a number 2 BEFORE going to bed.
