I have severe obstructive sleep apnea, had the sleep study and now using the CPAP machine which helps somewhat.

Applied for Disability Allowance and now have receieved the letter saying I do not qualify. I believe I do, however, is it worth appealing?

Anyone out there have sleep apnea approved as a disability.

I'd imagine it depends on the severity of your condition.
If it's not too severe, you are receiving treatment and you are capable of working at least part-time hours I don't see how it would be classified as a disability. When you are working you can be entitled to illness benefit.
