Price of shipping PC to germany

    Hi

    i will be sending a PC to germany soon, just the base unit.

    Does anyone have a rough estimation of how much it should cost or who should I get to send it?

    Edit just noticed this is the wrong forum, if a mod would move it i`d appreciate it

    Sorry, but you are in the "prices/costs" forum for construction and planning related matters. I'll move this to the consumer issues forum but Im not even sure if it's appropriate there.

    You could ring round a couple of the courier/delivery firms and give them the weight and they should be able to help with a price.

    GLS are the best. they do size not weight. A parcel i wanted to send to UK was quoted at €60 (Registered) with an post, I think i paid €25 with GLS and it was actually delivered within 24hrs!!

    Online Buying & Auctions may be best - they see a lot of postage related issues.

    it'd be impossible give any idea of how much that would cost you without any idea of the weight/size of what your sending

    an post will weigh and measure it for yuo if you dont have the facilities
