The odd thing is that if I plug it into my TomTom dock in the car or charge via USB, it goes to 100%, no problem. So there's no problem with the phone, per se. Perhaps it's the charger? It's not a big deal, I can live with a 90% charge over a 100% charge. Just interested to see if anyone else has had the same experience.
