Andy Bolton's coming to Dublin!!

For those of you who don't know, he's one of the strongest men on the planet. He's the first and only person to ever deadlift over 1,000lb and has several other records too (WPO World Record Holder - Squat 550.5kg, Deadlift 457.5kg). He'll be giving a seminar in Ironside Strongman Gym in Rathmines, Co. Dublin on Saturday 27th November. There are 25 places available and will sell out like hot cakes. Holy **** this is big news.For anyone who has never heard of him,this guy is superhuman.If your serious about lifting, 40 quid is a small price to pay for this opportunity

Thanks for putting that up Hanley, just a quick change to the seminar - I just got off the phone with Andy Bolton and he has changed the date to Saturday 27th November at 2pm. He was going to come on the Sunday but he wants to head out in Dublin with his wife for dinner and a few beers(Even the best know how to relax).

He was in Kieran Dolan's gym in Tullamore on Sunday and gave a 4 hour seminar and covered the three powerlifting lifts, accessory lifts, grip training, training with bands etc.
on the day, he also worked up to a 330kg x 2 deadlift.

He gave everyone there a free DVD and for 40 stg/50 euro, it was money well spent.
