Can you re-assess how much you are entitled to?

Recently my parent's financial situation changed - less is coming in.

I know a guy who has wealthier parents than me who is making more money on social welfare than I am.

So, can I go in for a reassessment?

    I'm living at home.

Yes you can be re assessed. Go into your local social welfare office and request an urgent review of your claim.

Thanks, I'll go in now soon.

I can't seem to find any details about this online - you wouldn't happen to have a link or anything?
