Anybody know any motor factors in or near North County Dublin that supply Platinum plugs for a MKIV GTI?

Also, what would be the best oil to use for it when servicing it?

GSF Car Parts in Santry will have them. I normally get them online, good site is www.sparkplugs.co.uk, about €14 each here.

Oil needs to be VW 504 spec, Castrol Edge 5w30 is probably best.

You should pick up a set of 4 NGK PFR6Q plugs on ebay for about €30 delivered.
Motor factors here were quoting me about €60 for a set.
