I am trying to recover some cash that I paid as deposit on an apartment that they were supposed to be sourcing at a lower rate .. however cash is gone and…

Hi all

Wondering if there are people out there who were unfortunate enough to invest back in the heydays of 2007 with a UK based company called Instant Asset Properties? I am trying to recover some cash that I paid as deposit on an apartment that they were supposed to be sourcing at a lower rate .. however cash is gone and no claim on any properties!
