UPC - problems with ordering site

Is costs 40euro to order over the phone so im doing for free online. But when i add the product and try checkout, the page fails to load and drops out. Anyone else having this problem?

I had a problem ordering on the UPC site recently.

I rang sales and explained I was having trouble ordering online and they waived the installation fee.

Maybe try the same?
