Lose a few pounds

    Looking to lose a few pounds. Im not fat but ive put on a few over the past few years. At the moment im using a exercise bike roughly 2 times a day, 30 min sessions and also going for a 20min walk in the evenings. The rest of the day im pretty much sitting.
    Is this enough to lose some weight? I dont eat a huge amount but my diet isnt the best sometimes i.e beer 2-3 nights a week, pizza, chips sometimes.

    before the real fitness guys get to ya;), you need to post a full breakdown on diet(typical day) and activity and age and gender and all that, the more info ya give, the more info ya get!!

    Mid 20's, 192lb, 5'11. Breakfast is a cereal. Lunch around 3, usually a chicken roll or soup with bread/ sometimes scrambled eggs on toast. Dinner around 6, eg chicken with potatoes,carrots/corn. Something around 9, maby a yogurt, sometimes frozen pizza.
