Hi bitches,

Mysterious techno producer Redshape makes a welcome return to Test on Saturday, September 18th.

With a long list of productions for labels like Delsin, Styrax Leaves, Music Man and his own Present, Redshape is one of the few distinctive producers in modern techno.

Featuring a killer combination of atmospheric melodies, eerie sound scapes and system-levelling basslines, the man in the red mask’s tunes are played by everyone from Ben Sims to Ben Klock and beyond.

Last year, Redshape released his excellent debut album, ‘The Dance Paradox’, which put him in that small group of techno producers who made a successful transition to the long-player format.

Most recently, Redshape put out the club-slaying ‘Red Pack’ on Present, which will feature as part of his much-anticipated live set at Test.


Packing more hardware than an Iraq war closing down sale, this show from the man with the real red face is not to be missed!

Anodyne -

Colin N Cloughley aka Anodyne, known for his mind shredding live shows, returns after a 14 year hiatus to present his latest opus in the form of 'Corrosion'. Thinking of himself as more of a programmer than a musician, anodyne utilizes his own, home built plug-ins and circuit bent instruments to great effect throughout the album’s twelve tracks.

Redmonk-

Redmonk likes bass.

Redmonk likes to mash up the dance using records that make people scrunch their faces up, especially those on a ravestep-electrofunk-bashment tip.

Redmonk helps run the !Kaboogie crew, who've been responsible for a quadruple-strength bass injection to Dublin, whether its through their nights in the Twisted Pepper, the free fortnightly !K Club or !Kaboogie Records (KBG003 Rapidfire Buzzer out September 20 featuring Mad EP, Ed Devane, Sarsparilla and The Banker).

Redmonk has played support for the likes of Surgeon, Scratcha DVA, Michael Forshaw, Terror Danjah, Scan One and Kid 606.

Redmonk has played all over Ireland, including festivals such as Jigs'n'Rigs, Sibín and Mantua, as well as gigs in the UK, Italy and Spain.
