Post to SW office

The SW have asked me to drop some documents relating to my claim into a hatch in the office within the next 7 days. I can't make it into the office within that time - can you send post to a hatch in the SW office or what can I do? I couldn't get through on the phone today. Cheers.

As far as I can remember, post to the SW office is free. Just write 'Freepost' above the address of your local office.
