Quick Stronglifts Question

    Hi everyone, long time no post.

    I've been lifting weights for a while now but not with enough structure. So I've started the stronglifts pogramme.

    My question is: would it be advisable or a bad idea to superset some of the exercises, like inverted rows with pushups as opposed to squat with deadlift.

    Just wondering as I like to be in and out of the gym quickly.

    Supersetting assistance lifts is fine. Same with chins and dips as it's supersetting pushing and pulling movements.

    Thanks man, just going to stick with programme I think, just read the FAQ, didn't superset tonight bit did rower intervals after so I'm shattered. Think I'll still do body weight exercises on my off days, superset my push and pulls then.
