No offfence but weight watchers isnt really what im looking for! Im looking for something more geared towards nutrition for working out in the gym and not just starving myself on salads and water! Cheers anyway!

Sorry I read it in my subbed forum & presumed it was from nutrition & diet.
Fyi, weightwatchers isn't a starvation plan of salad & water:rolleyes:

Maybe not, but I dont buy into the whole thing anyway - all these microwave meals and all they do that they claim to be healthy and low fat etc, far from it

The microwave meals are only a teeny tiny part of the WeightWatchers' plan, don't write off something when you don't know the full facts of it. Weightwatchers isn't without its flaws and the system is open to abuse, but the same can be said of any planned system. But when you use the points ethos wisely and with the right foods it's a great way for people to get bad eating habits under control.

Im looking more for a high protein meal plan. Not just a weight loss plan. One I can build into my workout regime. Im pretty sure weight watchers will not satisfy what im looking for.

Grand, you never specified that in your OP. Have you figured out what your dietary needs are and taken a stab at making a plan for yourself?

No, I want to get a good idea of the different foods I should be incorporating into it before trying to come up with something myself. I know all the basics like chicken, turkey, eggs, etc..but I want variety and plenty of foods to choose from. Thats why I want a sample plan, It will more than likely contain foods that I never thought of

    Hi Devil08

I would suggest that you have a read through these threads

And also have a look at these YouTube videos for some excellent information on the type of foods you should be eating IMHO 90%-95% of the time.

    Best Regards,

    M
