Got my points years ago but never got round to doing the theory. Decided to get my finger out

I'm looking for online resouces with videos where possible. I have neil adam's Gokyo at home.

Something with groundwork in it as well would be handy.

I have the link to judoinfo.com already

The Irish Judo Association has their syllabus for download on their website.

Yeah I think points have an expiry date on them.

It's been a while since I've looked up the techniques but I think the best way is just to get the syllabus and the names of the throws. Google them all and watch youtube videos of them and start going through them in the class. You only need to demonstrate them on compliant partners. Do you need Naga-no-kata there are some good videos of that too. Just practice it a few times.

Don't forget if he's Blue and up he has to compete for them at IJA HQ and he has to win by 2 ippons to advance to demonstrate his theory IIRC.

Yeah I did my line up years ago. 6 to be precise. Lots of things have happened since but I would like to finish it off

I must check with Jim Toland. I am with the NIJF so it might be a bit different.
