    Question 1.
Why do you want one? Not being funny, but they're virtually useless unless you're playing a night game (which are rare). If you want one for decoration/adornment, it's a different matter with wider choice.

    Question 2.
If it's for practical reasons, where do you intend to use it? Open areas will require a torch with a good cast, where more confined places need something with a wide spread, and possibly a dimmer.

    Question 3.
How much do you want to spend?

I got this torch for when I was going to The Mall awhile back. Would highly recommend it, or one like it.

If you don't mind spending a bit of dosh, I recommend the LED Lenser brand. The Superfire that Dread linked to above isn't a bad torch, but the strength of the LED Lenser ones is beyond impressive. I use a few of their range for work, where it's essential to have a strong light with an even spread.

I recommend the P7. It's nowhere near your upper spending limit at only about the €50 mark, and it's quite small, but it's size belies it's power. It's my most used flashlight. Running off three AAA cells and producing something akin to 250 Lumen, it's small, light and very powerful. The head also allows you to refocus it for long casts of strong light, or wider spreads of more diffused light (far better for the indoor environment you're talking about).

They don't have 20mm mounts available for them, but I have a pair of the previous generation LED Lenser V2's that I've simply mounted in a G&P flashlight mount. A scope mount would also be ideal.

The next step up from the P7, is the P14, which is considerably bigger. Too big for mounting use, but an astonishingly powerful torch for it's size.
The size below the P7 is the P6 and P5, which are basically the same, but the P6 is a tad longer. The P5 is a good option if you want something smaller than the P7 but with good output. It still puts out 105 Lumen, despite operating off a single AA battery.

They also do one called an X21, which is about €350 and puts out 1000 Lumen. That wouldn't be far off an average cars headlight...
