    Hey, I have two questions:

    1) I'm thinking of getting a MacBook Pro, do i need to get one of those airport base stations to to connect to Internet or can I just use my Vodafone router. There will only be one Mac in the house.
    2) If I delete a file by mistake and don't have a time capsule HDD connected, is there somewhere I can go to restore it (i.e Recycle bin in Windows)

    Thanks all

I've no experience with Vodafone, but any router should work.

Just drag it back out of the trash, same as Windows. But that's not really deleting/restoring. As with Windows, if you really delete a file (i.e, empty the trash) you'll need a backup or one of those undelete utilities to get it back.

    1) You should be able to connect your MBP to your router just like you would with Windows.

    2) OS X has a trashcan not unlike the Recycle Bin which serves a similar purpose. See here.
