    Hiya

    Has anyone used the vibroplates? i was thinking of renting one 2 try out wondering if they any good? Thanks in advance :)

    Depends what you want it for. I reckon they are good for flexability, and probably good for rehabbing after injury. But do they take the place of a proper weights workout? No way.

    The one in the gym that I used was a top of the range model. I suspect that the kind you could rent would not be as good.

    My aunt bought one ex-gym so has fairly strong motor, and has lost inches. I'm too skeptical though, used it a few times felt no different after no muscle ache etc next day. the aunt gyms it and power walks most days too reckon thats the reason inches were lost.
