Ryanair Adding Baggage Later Date

Hi, Am booking some flights today but want to book baggage for these flights at a later stage. Does anyone know if I will be charged twice for using my credit card to do this? (well am doing the prepaid mastercard thing, but will I have to do it again when adding baggage later?) Any help appreciated thx.
