LCVP POINTS WTF!

i got the letter and had all my results in it. and on lcvp i got a pass on results day which is 30 points but it says on the letter today OC3 which is only 20 points i got to phone them and the said the already gave me the points but idk it just a bit dum why didnt the just give me a OC1 instead. but just wondering has…
