    Is there anyway of changing your name on xbox live without forking out money ? I've heard if you get people to complain about your name then you get a free name change , is this the case and how many do you need ? If its more that about 20 ( my friends list ) im not going to start messaging randomers like the 10th prestige guys every 10 mins :mad:

    I was thinking that , i set it up back in the days when you could get an extra months gold with a new account and over the years i've found its a bit outdated ! Bit of a balls paying 800points to change your name ! GOD DAMN microsoft !! you'd think it would have been free after i had to replace my xbox after the ROD and expired warrenty . :rolleyes:

    you can Google on how to do it, I wouldn't recommend it incase MS ban you, but there are ways around that too...
