Lubrication of gears

    Hey lads and ladies,

    I am upgrading my m249 gearbox and wanted to know what type of lubrication do you use for the gears/piston ect?

    Also where can you get the oil you use?

    Hey Mark,
    I'm using the 3 in one range of lubricants (silicone oil and white lithium grease). The white lithium grease is used for the gears and then silicone oil for all that other stuff! B&Q have loads usually!

    use generic white lithium grease myself, picked up a big tube of the stuff for like 5euros at my local hardware store, still half full
