    Hi there,

If I buy a Panasonic TV with a 5 year extended gaurantee, in the event of any problems, could it go back to Panny in Dublin or would it have to go back via Belfast ?

    Hey Championc.

The screen would need to go back through Belfast as the screen has a UK warranty.

In saying that we will do everything in our power to get the screen collected from yourself so that you would not have to make a trip up North. If this was not possible the screen could be left at the Philips Shop on Dame Street and we would get it collected from there.

We woudl never see a customer stuck with a faulty product that has been purchased from ourselves. :D

Good news, many thanks. In the meantime, I called Panasonic directly and they said that I could get a set dropped off at their dealers in Ireland and it would be dealt with from there albeit slower if the fault related to the UK specific parts like tuners (i'm planning on geting a G20B), because warranties are European
