Mirror Repair

I recently acquired a mirror that was in my late grandmothers house & which had been hanging in the parlour for at least 50 years. It's an unusual shape, worth ziltch but for sentimental reasons the family would like to spruce it us.

The glass is good but the timber backing has woodworm and the metal clips attaching glass to timber are rusty, as is the chain. I'd like to know, are there people out there who can repair this??? Any advise, I've no idea who to call? I'm in the south east. Cheers.
