Hi guys, have been waiting for JSA from Dublin 7 since June. Im in a bad way for money atm, so just wondering is there any way I can check the status of this claim? Would there be any point going up there? They wont answer phones. Any options? Cheers, wix

You should approach the Community Welfare Officer at the local HSE Office for help to tide you over.

If you have claimed a social welfare benefit or pension but it has not yet been paid and you have no other income, you may qualify for Supplementary Welfare Allowance while you are awaiting payment.
