    I just looked for the title of the book in google. I found it by chance, looking for pages of giy, and besides the philosophical base, it seems to be a good practical choice, although not sure it could be applied here in Ireland.
    By the way, which would be the typical own local agricultural products of Ireland? Potatoes? Berries? Rhubarb?
