    Your antivirus software has detected a virus (probably when you opened a dodgy e-mail). That's a good thing - at least your antivirus software is working.

    Just be more careful and don't open suspicious-looking e-mails.

    prob was so, its looks like theres something on my computer trying to send dodey email tho

    Well no harm then to thoroughly scan your PC. Have a look at :

    and of the suggestions there, definitely do at least TFC and Malwarebytes (preferrably in Safe Mode) as well as scan with whatever antivirus package you're already running.
